Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely!  We always pick our flowers to order, and pick them 1 or 2 days before delivery.  We don't pick them on the day, simply because once cut, they need time to hydrate before they reach you and this takes 12-24 hours dependent upon the flower. Conditioning them in this way, ensures they have maximum longevity, which should be at least 5-7 days, but often longer. As a seasonal grower and florist, our arrangements are created from the best seasonal flowers we have available at the time of delivery. The exact flowers used will therefore be dependent on the time of year, but they are all chosen for their beauty, shape, colour and texture, to ensure your piece is beautiful whatever the season.  If you have a particular preference for colour, please let us know at time of ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate you where we can. For Funeral Flowers, we can also discuss which focal flowers are available, and any preferences you may have.

To secure your order, we will ask you to pay a deposit on ordering, with the remaining amount a week before the delivery date.  Both payments can be made via bank transfer. We will usually require at least a week's notice for all Luxury Gift orders and two weeks' for Funeral Flowers orders, but if you need something urgently, please call us and we will see if we can help.

Yes - we deliver our Luxury Gift Baskets and Bouquets to addresses within Coventry, Baginton and Stoneleigh.  Delivery for these pieces is £3.95 per address.  If you're not sure if the delivery address falls within our area, please feel free to ask us, and we will advise.   For Funeral Flowers, we deliver directly to all Funeral Directors in the Coventry and surrounding areas for no charge, and some items can also be delivered to residential addresses, for £3.95 per address. We will advise you when you contact us to discuss your order.
