Terms & Conditions
We want your customer experience with us to be as straight forward and as easy as possible. That's why we like to set out the main terms on which we will provide your order. If you have any questions about these terms, please feel free to raise them with us and we will be happy to help.
Terms of Business
Parties
In these Terms and Conditions, "We", "Us", "Our", refers to Memorable Blooms Uk and "You", "Your" refers to you, the customer.
Order Notice
For all Luxury Gift orders, We will require You to give Us at least 1 weeks' notice prior to your proposed delivery date. This will enable Us to identify, harvest, condition and style the flowers for Your order, to ensure You receive the freshest and most suitable flowers. For Funeral Flower orders, We require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice, so We can also ensure suitable delivery arrangements are made with any relevant funeral directors.
If You would like an order delivered in less time than the above notice periods, please call Us to discuss your timings - We will be happy to help You if We can, but cannot guarantee.
Placing an Order
To place an Order, You can contact Us via telephone, email or social media messaging. If We need further details from You, We will contact You to discuss Your requirements. Dependent upon the circumstances and the nature of the Order, it may not always be necessary for Us to contact You again. However, for Funeral Flowers Orders, We will always contact You to discuss Your requirements before proceeding further.
Order Confirmation
Once You have placed an Order, We will send You an email, confirming the details of Your Order, including items ordered, delivery date, delivery address, price and any deposit due (see below). We may also include any special notes or discussions We had with You when you placed the Order. If any of the details We provide are incorrect, or You need to change any of the details, it is Your responsibility to contact Us and ask for them to be changed. Please therefore check Your Confirmation Email thoroughly and do contact Us if there is anything You need to change.
Deposit
If Your delivery date is more than 1 week in advance of placing Your Order, You will be required to pay a Deposit of £30 to Us, to secure Your Order. This will be payable by bank transfer to Us, immediately on receipt of Your Order Confirmation email. We will provide Our bank details in the Order Confirmation email. Until the Deposit arrives with Us, We will not be obliged to fulfill Your Order, or to secure Your preferred delivery date. This Deposit is non-refundable, unless under rare circumstances, We were unable to fulfill Your Order.
Final Payment
Any remaining payment due for Your Order (or the full Payment if no Deposit was required), will be payable one week prior to Your delivery date. Your Order Confirmation email will give You Our bank transfer details. If Your Final Payment is not made by this time, We will not be obliged to fulfill Your Order, or to meet Your preferred delivery date, If it is easier for You, You may of course settle any Final Payments at any time before the one week prior to your delivery date.
Delivery Date
When You place Your Order, You will agree a Delivery Date with Us, which We will confirm on Your Order Confirmation email. If for any reason, You need to change the Delivery Date after this time, please contact Us as soon as possible, so We can try to accommodate Your new Delivery Date. Whilst We will try Our very best to do so, We also reserve the right to charge an additional payment to cover any costs We have incurred as a result of the change of Delivery Date. We will always work hard to try and fulfill your Order, even if the Delivery Date has changed, but there may be rare occasions where this is not possible, and We therefore also reserve the right to cancel Your Order due to such a change.
Delivery Address
When You place Your Order, You will also agree a Delivery Address with Us, which We will confirm on Your Order Confirmation email. A Delivery Address, can be a residential or a commercial address, within Coventry, Baginton or Stoneleigh. We will advise You when discussing Your Order, if Your proposed Delivery Address is within Our delivery area. For Full Casket Sprays, and Single-Ended Casket Sprays, the Delivery Address will need to be a Funeral Directors or similar, within Our delivery area. Once confirmed, if for any reason, You need to change the Delivery Address after this time, please contact Us as soon as possible, so We can try to accommodate Your new Delivery Address. Whilst We will try our very best to do so, We reserve the right to charge an additional payment to cover any costs We have incurred as a result of the change of Delivery Address. We will always work hard to try and fulfill your Order, even if the Delivery Address has changed, but there may be rare occasions where this is not possible, and We therefore reserve the right to cancel Your Order due to such a change. We also reserve the right to refuse to deliver to Your preferred Delivery Address, if such address would pose a threat to the safety of Our staff. In this case, We will ask You for an alternative Delivery Address.
Delivery of Your Order
Provided all the terms above have been satisfied, We will deliver Your Order, to Your Delivery Address, on the Delivery Date agreed. If the Delivery Address is a residential address, and no-one is available to take Delivery of Your Order, We will leave Your Order, either in the porchway of the Delivery Address, or We may try a neighbour. If You have a preference between these options, or You know a safe place We can leave Your Order, please specify this when You Place Your Order. Whilst We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the Delivery of Your Order, We take no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to Your Order, if the intended recipient is not available to take Delivery. We also take no responsibility for any loss or damage to Your Order, after Delivery has been made.
Complaints and Feedback
As a family-run business, We strive to be as flexible as possible, and pride ourselves on giving a personalised, friendly service, alongside our high-quality floral arrangements. As such, We would be grateful for any reviews, testimonials or feedback You feel You would like to give Us regarding Your Order. We would like to use positive reviews on our website and social media sites, but if You would prefer We didn't please let Us know.
If you are not satisfied with the way We have fulfilled Your Order, We would like the chance to discuss this with You. Please contact Us via telephone or email in the first instance, and We will ensure Your complaint is dealt with swiftly.
