A little about Us

Hi there. We're Sheila and Jenny, a mother-daughter team based in Baginton in the West Midlands and we established Memorable Blooms in 2020.

Our family has always enjoyed growing plants of varying kinds -  from vegetable plots, to garden borders, house plants to fruit trees.  Growing things gives us immense joy and satisfaction. We also enjoy being outdoors - whether it's walking or weeding! 

In 2020, we decided to begin our journey as British Cut Flower Farmers together.  It seemed like a natural step for us to take, and it gives us the opportunity to combine all the knowledge and passion we have, with doing a job we love.

Creating a micro-business, and being able to share our blooms with our local community, is very important to us.  Giving back is an integral part of both our business and personal ethos' - we will often be seen helping local families and contributing in different ways to our community.

The name "Memorable Blooms", is a reflection of all the memories we've both made connected to flowers - in particular those relating to a close family member, whose lifelong hobby was to grow garden flowers.  She passed away after battling Alzheimer's Disease, which also sparked our ongoing commitment to support The Alzheimer's Society. We believe British cut flowers are not only beautiful but that they can evoke cherished memories, and inspire hope and joy. We hope our blooms can contribute towards creating special memories for all our customers, just as they do for us. That's why we take such special care of each and every stem, from seed, right through to vase.
